Customers are advised not to travel to the airport unless they have a confirmed booking or official confirmation of a rebooked flight.

Customers connecting through Dubai on the flydubai network will only be accepted for travel from their origin if the connecting flight is operating.

Check the flight status for the latest updates before heading to the airport.
Flights are available to book on flydubai.com, flydubai mobile app, the flydubai Contact Centre in Dubai at (+971) 600 54 44 45, the flydubai Travel Shop, or via the respective travel agents.
Customers are advised to ensure that their contact details are up to date by visiting Manage your booking.
Customers booked to travel between 28 February and 31 March have the option to rebook on an alternative flight to the same destination up to 30 days from the original travel date with no penalty charges.
Customers who booked their flight with a travel agent are required to contact them for rebooking or refund options.
